well things are going well....I an doing what is called intermittant fasting... I eat only between the hours of 11am to 7pm each day and over all this is very easy... actually alot easier than I expected!! and when i do eat i am triing to keep it low carb... aside from the smorgashborg (sp) yesterday from a buffet party...I do okay. no signifigant weight loss but i feel good.
