I have about 100 days left till my wedding so it’s crunch time now. My realistic goal is 285. I’ve bought a lot of frozen meals that are 500 or less calories. It’s a lot easier and a lot cheaper(actually) then cooking my own food and guessing at what 500 cals looks like. Really going to push hard the next 3 months.
