I can't wait to fit in my old clothes again!

you are doing amazing! And you are so positive. I have to keep monitoring my food and I need to get back to the gym after a day off. hehe. Keep it up!

I personally find that loggin in the food helped me more than logging the exercise. You dont accidentally exercise and change your numbers for the day! LOL One night I had a bite of this a bite of tha, but no actual dinner. But when I added up all thos bites, it was 350 calories! That was a BIG eye opener for me!
