Alright, so my A1C was 6.3. Steve says that's the lowest it's been in quite a while. They weighed me in at 215 at 2:30pm Friday afternoon. Steve was very happy with my weight loss as well as the A1C score. Though he was concerned about the constant nausea. He says he doesn't want me to spend half my week feeling sick, it's not fun. But, since I've just refilled another month of the injections, he said to see how I feel after these last four weeks, there was a "sister drug we can use, that calls for daily injections". I don't like giving myself the injections, period...I can deal with weekly, but I'm just not sure that I want to go daily. My goal is to get off the medication, period. But all in all, it was a good visit.
