Not happy with this gain but I’m hoping that it’s water weight. The holiday started for me last Thursday and went through yesterday. Had a great time camping. I hiked, swam, and played the floor is lava on playground equipment with my kids. We also went and looked at a historical liftbridge that my kids thought was really cool. So I know that I ate more than I should’ve but I ate when I was hungry and stopped when I was full, and I drank when I was thirsty (and not many adult beverages either but water/propel).
