Yeah I’ve let things slide a little and here I am back again, to go for my goal of 65 kg. So I start with a mini goal of 5 kg and depending on how I look (not too saggy) I then go for another 5 kg to end up at my initial goal of 65 kg. It’s all in the mind, I can do it, we can all do it 💪🏽
