Raw Truth! I have been eating chips with bean dip, crackers with peanut butter, sushi with rice, a blueberry pancake, loaded baked potatoes and lots of stuff/carbs that I should not be eating. Even though I'm still under my calorie deficit, I am gaining a pound a day. This is not good. That is worse than eating a dozen donuts... DP & Diablo. LOL
