Well, here we are again. I've finally arrived. 225 is pretty much the lowest weight I've ever got to in previous diet attempts. And now... I'm off to gain weight. LOL I mentioned in previous posts that there are certain days I will not diet. One of those days is today. In a few hours I'm going to meet my cousin at a restaurant for a random act of kindness ($100 tip in a Christmas card). Hopefully it won't throw my weekly calories off enough to do any damage. I'm really only trying to maintain during December, but I'm happy that I've been losing a few pounds lately. I plan on taking it easier with this Christmas dinner than I have in the past. For example, I don't plan on stuffing myself to the point of exhaustion.
I will run my fourth 5K this weekend.
I had to buy new jeans because my coworkers made fun of my "normal" ones for being too baggy now.
