I wouldn't worry just yet. It looks like your chart shows a trend of dropping 2 lbs. every 2 weeks or so. I'd bet that if you ate clean this week and did a bit of exercise (not sure what your activity level is now) that you'd be in the 140's by next weigh in.

Hey! That's a new low!! A plateu is no weight loss for a couple weeks or more. You, my dear are losing! HA! I'm sure it's not as much as you would like but look at the general trend of your graph. It is a beautiful downward slope! Stay positive and just keep focused. Hugs!

Lol. Thanks you guys. I'm trying! I do good with the eating part but the exercise is my weakness. I actually love working out, but I hate this weather we're having and it makes me sooo sleepy and just want to sleep in and not go out to the gym.
