I don't want to jump up and down just yet but I think I may have finally broken through my plateau. I have been stuck between 218-222 for months due to a series of work-related conferences and family events. If I can see another "couplefew" pounds I'll be happy. As it stands, either way, a loss is good news! Happy humpday all!
