Oh dear! Should have been an excellent week, this, but the combination of Hjölli being away and work being particularly stressful led me to overindulge a bit at the weekend and so I´ve ended up with minimal weight-loss this week :-( With guests on their way over the next 6 weeks and then Christmas coming into view, I expect that it is going to be tough to keep the weight down. In fact, the 80kg barrier has proved to be completely unbreakable since Easter and it looks like it might stay that way for some time - we´ll see. But as the saying goes, "the only way out is through" - so onward! onward!
