My 50 pound weight loss was short lived!! I know this is only a temporary set back. I plan on keeping this journey going. I have come to far. This is my way of life now. I DO NOT want to go back to the other way. I would eat a whole bag of candy at one setting, almost a whole 1/2 gallon of ice cream. I have moments, but I do not ever want to go back.

We CAN'T go back to our old ways! You have worked so hard to get where you are! And I just have to face it; I'm not getting any younger. Losing weight is a necessity for my health! I don't want to be unhealthy because of it. Yes, we are going to have those minor setbacks but you'll get rid of it and keep going in the direction you want! For me, it's a matter of sweating and eating right that makes me feel young even though I'm suffering from these sore muscles. I tell myself at least I can still do it to make myself sore! LOL

Don't let this temporary slip put you back into your old habits. Just think of how far you've come and all of the hard work you put into it. You can do it, just dig in deep and get'r done :)
