hahah I didn't know this ... I was having a lot of problem with #2 before :S .... but it was normal for me .. ( in my mind) :P .... until I had my attack of diverticulitis and they cleaned EVERYTHING out of me and told me what we know "WATER WATER WATER " "FIBER FIBER FIBER" !!!!! I just can't believe how messed up everything was inside of me ... but now I know what to do :) ......
