Thanks BeckyBaby65! I am trying so hard. Today I feel like I backslid a bit. My 13 year old daughter was asking for a family favorite meal. I made homemade bbq hamburger and couldn't resist eating it as well. Closest I have come to my recommended daily allowance...but not over yet. Guess today is a good day to start seriously excersizing as well. Wish me luck...I have been a couch potato all day as well.

I understand. I have been under the weather with this cold and haven't exercised since Wednesday. I know I need to try to do a little something because the longer I wait the harder it will be to get started again. I just want to get over being sick so I don't have a set back with my health. Still coughing and having sinus attacks. I know it had started to settle in my lungs and do not want to put them under stress. So, I'm going to give myself another day to recoupe. Maybe I'll get back to it tomorrow afternoon. I would do the same thing as you. If I go over on cals, just try to sneak in more exercise to burn it off, even if it's just doing a little extra walking or something.
