Ate 3771 calories yesterday which was double of what i should of eaten so no surprise that my weight is up today. Need to stay on 1700 calories a day. Have a sore left calf which feels as if it has a knot in it so running is postponed till it eases off, Knot has tightened today and i can only walk. 4 people have now answered my posts and then my friends request, i now have 4 friends to help me on my journey. Thank you very much.
1st week on Fat Secret and it has been a yo-yo week weight wise. Lost .6 lbs this week, gives me a target to beat this week of loosing a pound in weight per week.
Was a 10 piece cooked breakfast in the Coffee shop that put the nail in my coffin yesterday.
So no 10 piece fried breakfasts for me and no drinking this month and loose a pound a week are my lessons learned this week. No snacking after 6 O'Clock which is when i eat more just for the sake of eating.
