My buddy Adaram just crossed into the Green Zone and now I am seeing green. I am so happy for him and inspired to go to the Emerald City in the next few months. To do this I will make good choices while I follow the yellow brick road into the green:) My optomologist said my angles were closed but not to the point where he felt it was time to consider laser surgery:) I will go back annually as he will keep an eye on my eyes, great news for me!

But it is important that we befriend our bodies because they are the vessels containing our essence, the vehicles in which we express life. Without the cooperation of our bodies, we as we know ourselves would not exist. If someone gave us a magnificent, expensive car that functioned smoothly and got us to where we need to go in absolute comfort, we would take care of it--keep it clean, give it gas, oil and tuneups. We have been given such a gift in form of our bodies, which are incredible machines, more wondrous then we can imagine. They deserve respect, care and appreciation. TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!
