Enjoying walking in the sun. All facilities have closed down. We met dor dog walking - at a distance. I will be doing a yoga class on line tonight. Does anyone know an online spinning class? I was just renewing my love for biking through spinning classes.There still is too much snow here do be on the road. My daughter arrived last night. This morning we begin working on-line— but first a walk with the doggies. Stay healthy all!

Studio Sweat on Demand is great. They have lots of spinning classes as well as yoga, boot camp, etc. You can get a free seven day trial. I’ve been using it for four months and I love it. Lots of different trainers too.
