I have been having such a hard time sticking to a diet lately. I restarted my journey recently at 370 lbs. I have lost almost 20 lbs so far. I'm hoping this time I can stick to it.

I think it's just great you're back at it. It is really hard to get back at it, and be consistent, but over time, it gets easier. You can do it!

Twenty pounds is awesome and you should be proud of it! Sticking to it is not something I am good at either but I keep trying!
