Even though I am having multple health issues (nothing TOO serious) my stress level has gone from 100% down to 10% so that is making life much easier. On a 12 hundred calorie diet (more or less) still maintaining LOW SODIUM so my feet don't swell...also due to a problem with swallowing I am having to puree my food---YUK! but hopefully this can be corrected some time soon.
I am "starving" because right now I am taking cortisone for a respiratory problem and it makes you HUNGRY X 3 so is hard not to snack or eat after dinner. But I am holding on to my RESOLVE
But got a great night's sleep last night and feel great today I just need to get the weight off that I gained over the last couple of years while under STRESS which made me crave carbs and also lowered my will power.
