Day 2 of the Fat Flush. It's going. Having a hard time finding pure cranberry juice. Using a blend, but it contains no sugar. What about lemon water? Can you use bottled lemon juice or does it need to be fresh. Can't afford to make any more mistakes with my diet. Husband stated that he loves me dearly, but because of my weight he is not sexually attracted to me. Fine note. What do you really say to a comment like that. Thought if you loved someone, you loved all of them regardless. You accepted the good with the bad. So any way I am depressed and venting too strangers. Thanks for listening.

bless your heart. I'm not gonna touch the (husband thing). I buy the cranberries in the freezer section of walmart. and make them lots cheeper and I think taste better. Girl stick with it not because of what he said do it for you and your health. I started a lot heavier than you and I am on a losing program and healthy program for life. Blow that thing off. he is sooooo wrong and dont let him depress you. I know that hurt bad. take and get healthy for you you are special. dont forget that. and I use the bottled lemon juice with no additives

I did this diet before and you do really need to stick to it and not substitute so you will need the real cranberry juice. i don't know where you live but if you go to a natural helth store like Whole Foods they will have it there.. I can tell you that this diet does work. I did it before and kept the weight off. The only reason I am having to do it again is because I have just had 2 kids in the last 2 years. As far as your husband goes....wow. I am not sure what to say but in order for you to be successful at any diet, he needs to be supportive in a positive way. Good Luck!

You can do this! Stay connected on this web site and WE will be the support you need. You deserve this... do it for yourself! This plan offers incredible results if you stay committed! As far as the cran goes, I get mine a Trader Joes in WA State. I have also seen it at Safeway and QFC under the brand name Just Cranberry. The cran really is a key factor to this plan and it is amazing what it can do for the inches as well as the cellulite. YOU CAN DO IT and remember we are all here to help support you so make sure you are checking in for support!

I am gonna touch on the husband thing...you are gorgeous no matter what it is what is inside that counts and loosing weight is something u have to do for yourself..I know it is hard when something like that has been said to you but don't let it get you down..turn it round to be a positive and use it as an incentive to loose weight..you love your husband and u want to get back that sexual interest so that will give you motivation and a positive out look to you diet...good luck chick on your new way of life...just remember you are awesome no matter what.

Still hanging in there. Thanks so much for all the support. Going really slow on the fat flush. Found 100% cranberry juice. Still waiting on the book to arrive. The flush drink recipe that I found online is cranberry, orange, lemon, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. Is this correct? Hope the book arrive soon won't have to grab at straws for direction. Thank again for all the support.
