Day 15 :) fasting. Did good. Last meal yesterday was 9am ish. Today just ate dinner at 6pm, steam broccoli on the side. A hamburger steak patty Angus beef sooooo good. A slice of cheese on top. Salsa, a few bites of avocado everything wrapped in a tortilla (flour low car 6g 70 cal) and we will called it a day. I think tomorrow I am going to eat the rest of the Brie. 😀 happy Monday. Good beginning.
