Day #9 of fasting. Ate at 7 pm, a nice piece of hamburger meat with cheese, green beans and broccoli. A few bites of guac. Sooooo good. I’m super full. And my tummy hurst. 😂 it was a lot of veggies. Tomorrow is gonna be hard. Because I “can’t” eat anything. Because on Thursday we have lunch at work and I want to eat all of the foods! 😂
