I have switched diets to Medifast. I love this diet, it has my blood sugar level and my blood pressure is great. This is one I will stick with.

I've been on Medifast since March and have lost 34 pounds total. I know it's slow...but slow and steady win the race....I gained 2 pounds this week, but I haven't been drinking enough water.
I'll try the water and see if that helps.
