so I've stopped a lot of my pop drinking. it's fairly easy to do since I've gotten the Cirkul water bottle, (yes it's the one you see on facebook ads, and it's so worth the money) but I still have pop when I'm home as my boyfriend drinks a ton of it 🤦♀️, but even then it takes me all day to drink one lol. here's to trying again.

omg every time I hear you say pop it reminds me of when I first moved to Florida. I would order a pop in a diner and they would look at me like I had 3eyes. that's what we called them up north. I'm from Ohio born and raised.

Yeah in Michigan we bake with soda and drink pop. But for 13 years I'm in Wisconsin and they call it soda, but I drink a ton of water now, and since being diagnosed with POTS i need to keep hydrated, I found a thing called Liquid IV. One stick = like 3 bottles of water so it keeps me in check and my thirst is quenched.
