77.3 is my highest weight in 2019. 69.8 is my lowest. 73.5 is roughly midway between them. I guess that anything under 73.5 at end of December is a plus, even if I'm aiming lower than that.

Oh nooo! That's a tough one 😂 Maybe ask for her to make the same thing but in less quantities, perhaps it will make it even more worthwhile (still indulging but less indulgent 🤔😅😋)

good points about the cooking. but I think it's better to enjoy her cooking and cut down in other areas.
