Bleak! Only a few grams. Been strict and exercising like someone possessed!
.... And my measurements have hardly changed either.
I guess I can take comfort in the fact that I'm a bit fitter than I was two months ago... But aaaaaarrggghhh! I want to SEE results of my efforts!
This sucks the big one. 😕

Four kg down within two months is actually really good going and you have a nice downward trending graph so just keep it up! I would suggest that you use a kitchen scale to weigh things rather than just recording 1 tbsp of whatever or guessing the size of something because the actual calories might be quite different. You're doing great though - consistency is the key!
