this week's loss, from 312 Monday to 306 today (Friday), seems dramatic, but follows the trend line established last month. the 312 weigh in was definitely an outlier due to what I ate over the weekend, but it quickly fell in line after. I'm happy with that. almost at 20% of my goal. physically, I feel like I look the same (round), but have definitely noticed my clothes fitting looser, and yesterday ordered a shirt a size smaller than I would have a month ago. maybe I'll be able to put that box of clothes that didn't fit anymore to use again. if I could wear my capsule corps shirt again, I would be a happy guy.
