1/2 way to my first goal! Actually have less to lose than what Ive lost. Working out 2x per week, sticking to my macros of 328g carb, 218 protein, and 51 fat. Weight loss seems to slowing down after 9 months of restricting calories by 500 daily. Feeling healthy, but losing another 20 will really make my weight loss noticeable. Going for another dexascan in October, might need another Rmr as I’m feeling that my metabolism must have gone down after losing 50lbs.
