Did a Fast day yesterday and if I count it as IF almost 47 hours. I”ll stop tonight. The scale finally moved! Slow and steady.

My goodness Alix that was a long time. I know you are careful to not over do things when you are fasting. We had a long walk on top of it as well. Glad the scale moved! This week has been a slog for me.
