So I’m making some progress. This is a fasting weight with no clothes on. My biggest challenge to all of this is boredom. I find that I am most hungry when I have nothing to do. I’ve developed a nasty habit of watching hours and hours of videos and stuffing my mouth, so the evenings are the most difficult for me.
