Well today will be a week since I made a lifestyle upgrade. I’m happy to see I’ve lost 7.4 lbs. mostly in water weigh I’m assuming??? I made my first investment of almond flour to make keto mug bread for this mornings breakfast. It was filling to say the least. I love the alkaline water I’ve added to my daily intake. I was drinking from an 8.4 spring locally but found a 9.6 in a local water store! I’m going to do the best i can for ME 😊
