somehow it's discouraging when the weight just won't go down. but once it starts you feel so good. it takes a lot of time, energy, concentration, dedication to achieving such. motivation as well plays a huge part I can't lie. I use tiny sugar on my black coffee, no more cakes, and sweets.
I can't live without chewing gum. I stopped drinking alcohol the last week of December 2018. I didn't drop any kg's and I thought I would. I don't know if all this will assist me further but I hope so. ill have to wait and see.
