This week treat yourself to a deluxe box of Crayola crayons, pastels, paint pallet, or a wonderful set of colored pencils. Create a colorful poster that reads "If Not Now, Then When?", or "just do it" or "I'm Gaining what is required to feel good about myself because I am worth the effort" or any other words and phrases that motivate you. When you finish take a picture and share it with the group, post it as your profile picture, put it someplace where you are reminded of your good intention such as your refrigerator, near your bathroom mirror, etc. Creativity and play is key to success!
