End of the day (Wednesday) and I am finally able to sit down and write a little more of my notes..
Weigh in this morning and there was an increase of 3 pounds.. 185. :( wasn't very surprised because yesterday I barely drank any water and I felt a little bloating - the TOM is coming end of this week.. I also went well over my carb count - but the calorie count was 800 (+/-) .. Anyway, back to this morning.. I moved around a little in the house - did my workout, drank a great amount of water and I weighed in again and 1 pound decrease.. So now I am at 184.6...
I will increase the water intake, follow the plan and hopefully those pounds will come off.. This challenge is definitely right on time - need to get focused again - those holidays had me thinking of all kinds of treats.
