Weigh-in today after the holiday.. .6 gain not too shabby! I didn't do too bad on Thanksgiving.. My meal consisted of ham, green beans, and salad.. I had two plates of the same.. It was so hard resisting the dessert dessert table. So what I did eat sweet was 1/4 piece of a thin slice of cake, 2 1/2 bites of pecan pie.. So the cheat wasn't that bad.. so I'll take the .6 gain..
