My weight hasn’t moved in 130 days. I’m 14 months postpartum with my 3rd. I never realized it would be so tough to move weight after 3 babies and in my 30s. I’ve hopped back onto a lower fat (because my fats where out of control🙋♀️) and low carb. Counting macros because it’s so rewarding to be close in range. This last week was my first time back in a while so it hit some bumps. Ended it with getting the stomach bug so my average for the week is good😂😅🙈 Here comes a new week to eat well and move my body.
