Very happy that my weight did not skyrocket after not working out yesterday, and then binging right before going to bed!
Unfortunately though, I'm exhausted today. Even though I have time to work out (unlike yesterday), I don't know if I will be able to because I am just so tired! I am starting week 2 of the 100-pushup challenge, which I should be able to do, but I don't know if cardio is going to happen today... All I want to do is sleep! I think I may be getting sick.
I'm proud of myself today though... my mom bought TONS of chocolate (I am not pleased with her) and I have not eaten ANY of it! This was easy for me yesterday because I wasn't around the house, but today I'm around a lot, and usually boredom leads to eating, but not today!
I found a new drink I really like... after reading MORE research about the benefits of green tea, I had some for breakfast. Then, I had to run to 7-eleven to pick something up, and I came across Arizona Diet Iced Green Tea with Ginseng... a huge can for 99 cents! I felt good about drinking it because it was cheap, hydrating, 0 calories, and is full of benefits! I am going to see if they have it at Costco next time my family goes, so we can stock up :)
I think the heat is starting to get to me... the constant sun and outdoors are wearing me out! Maybe I'll just walk on the treadmill... better than nothing, right? :/
