Just feeling frustrated cause if I don’t fast and eat less I feel like my weight doesn’t budge

It takes time. I have been at the same weight for two weeks. Yes, I am older than you are, but frustration can be counterproductive. Look at the people who fast on a regular basis. It seems they have the largest swings in gains and losses. You can do this. Besides, your goal is so attainable. Keep up the good fight. You will win!

Thank you for your encouragement, and your right about slow gains.. I don’t have to starve myself to get there. I’ll try reducing calories moderately instead of all at once. And maybe not fasting so much..

Amber- I am 59 and on my last weight loss journey. 15 months to lose 40 lbs but I know they are gone for good. 15 more to go and adding very small changes one at a time. Do not eliminate anything from your diet or add anything into your life like extreme exercise habits you do not commit to give up or add for the rest of your life. Add one small change at a time.... you want to add small changes that become the norm and routine. There is no magic fix !!
