Aaaight... 100g less. Still trying to un-do the damage of that 2500Kcal binge last saturday. I still don't have that shit under control. Having said that, I think today I should aim for 1400Kcals, because the last 2 days I was at 1300Kcal, and I know I may just crash again if I keep it low for a long time.
SIGH. It sucks. I really planned last Saturday to eat EVERYTHING I WANTED within a set amount of cals, and yet, I still went tooootally overboard by going on a binge afterwards.
Still working that injury... yesterday I walked slowly again (around 120Kcals according to the treadmil), and I focused a bit more on my arms instead.
