Ok today is the day... I've gotta make a change here! How I gained this much weight in such a short amount of time... I honestly can't believe it! I've gotten to the point that my clothes don't fit and something has to be done! I went to a couple weddings this weekend and I look ridiculously bigger than I was only a month or so ago. I need to work on my willpower because lately it's crap. I seem to say every day that I'll start dieting tomorrow... tomorrow comes and so does a ton of food. So today is the day... I've got to do something about this because I refuse to look how I did. Wish me luck everyone... I know I'm gonna need it this time.

you can do this! You're young and have a fast metabolism. I know life gets busy but tracking EVERYTHING I eat helps me stay accountable. Sometimes I don't realize how many calories are in something and then once I log it, it's like holy cow!! Now that I've been logging for some time, I have a better feel for the amount of calories I'm eating a day. Plus I tend to eat the same things, so it gets easier.

Thanks girl... I'm gonna do that because this is just unacceptable! I was so disappointed when I saw the wedding pics because my face looked so fat! I hope the weight comes off soon so I can fit into my pants again!
