So tried to update my bio yesterday but fitday issues. Hopefully today. I sat down and made my new goals out and they are 5# increments. Obtainable within a month period. Feeling great and not missing the carbs. I tried a new recipe last night with a 'sauce' on the chicken and it was GREAT. Need to change my food diary though because I didn't get to make the cauliflower...that is tonight.
