I went on a job interview so that in itself makes me lose weight! I am staying on track because I don't have any money to go reward myself for an interview well done. I don't think I would go off track any more, but we'll see. I can't be without money forever. It has helped a lot. I am very motivated to not eat the bad stuff. There is so much good stuff to eat. I am thankful. My knee still hurts. bummer.
