Ah I woke up feeling so good this morning! I know it doesn't mean much, but I'm a pound lighter than yesterday, which is encouraging; at least I'm starting to move in the right direction again! I think it is a function of not eating after 7 o'clock, and all I had for my dessert was a cup of decaf coffee. I'm also loving the fact that I'm sore from my workout... that hasn't happened in a long time! I'm really motivated to stay with this now. I've realized the trick is to keep myself busy so that I do not snack as much, and when I do want to snack, I ask myself if i really want it.
