Start of week 3. Had a cheat day yesterday but didn't go crazy. Also, didn't track all of Saturday and had two IPA beers. Probably didn't help. But back on track today. Primary goal is eliminating processed foods/carbs. Goal for February is increase exercise and keep losing with target of starting official Keto at end of Feb.
