Shaking up the routine with HIIT and working harder on the weights. Ironically it amounts to less time in the gym. Eating all the veggies, fruit, and fish that I want. Nuts for fat. Don't need to record the food anymore. When I do check, I am running pretty much equal portions of protein, fat, and carbs.
