Oh I'm hating myself. last 3 1/2 days I put any thing and every thing into my mouth. I know it was emotional eating. first xmas with out my dad . I drank so much soft drinks and so much crap. Plus wasnt recording any of it. IM BACK IN THE GAME. I will get to 95 kg soon. but major goal is for my holiday 29th Jan to see friends cause saw me was a month after I started the journey.
100 kg Perdidos até agora: 12,5 kg.    Ainda faltam: 8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Razoavelmente Bem.

Thank you Trish xx. Back on track so far to day so i think i can overcome the over eating As I really see the bigger picture

Darling I’m the same. Up 2.5 kgs in a week! But, we do these hinge consciously... and now we make the conscious decision to get back on the wagon!!!!! We will all be ok sweets xx
