I did great today. I went grocery shopping and didn't buy anything bad. I found a really great product. Dannon light and fit greek yogurt. It has only 80 calories and double the protein. I freeze some of it and it's creamy enough to remind me of ice cream, but no fat.
I spoke to a friend of mine today and was really surprised at a comment she made. She said she was dieting because she didn't want to be the fatest. I'm glad my diet inspired her. I hope she diets for herself and not as some weird contest to stay thinner than I am. She has a lot less weight to lose. I refuse to be in a contest with her. I'm losing weight for my health and for me because I'm worth it!!!!!
