Wow. That's really impressive. I've decided to do a version of the 5:2 diet, but limit "eating" days to 1600 calories and "fasting" days to 500 calories. I've only been fasting since last night around 9 and I'm really wanting to eat. I did allow myself coffee (and water).

I’m going to follow you. I’d like to see what your weight does the next few days. I’ve never done fasting and am not sure that I could (not without hurting someone 🤣) and I feel like I’d put the weight right back on. Do you work out at all during those 10 days? I’ve gotta think you have nothing in the tank for energy.
