Nearly a year. A bad year for dieting.
So many changes in my life that it's even long to just list them: son, house, city, time zone, work...
All that stress made me be indulgent with myself when deciding what and how much to eat... And now I'm paying it. Again.
Again clothes that don't fit. Again tired when I walk for a while.
Again I don't like how I feel.
But, I know how to eat correctly and I'm gonna do it again.
It starts here.
It starts today.
