I found if i eat and exercise the same work out i would hit a wall maybe try changing thing up if you think this could apply :), hope i was of some help

I also found i stayed the same weight for about 4 days then it would change either up or down.

They said ground beef with butter helps plateau. I can't back this up with scientific evidence tho, just some people's experience :)
